They dont work on IE. I literally only use Google Chrome just to watch the little clips uploaded onto the forum then once watched I go back to IE
google-fu, you can get WebM's working in IE thanks to a wonderful codec package available for download (done it on my tablet where I do genuinely use IE)
Well, an update on the building (FINALLY...) BTW, this is almost exactly how I want it. All I have to do now is UV and texture it, and it shall be released.
The way the building is falling apart and taking damage seems decent right now. However, I do suggest that you have independent parts to the the .dae file instead of it being one unified mesh, which may include adding more files to the Jbeam; if you haven't done so already. If the building is only a one-part object then you'll end up getting a streched, spiky mesh after heavy damage. Either that or parts of it will just disappear.
Yes I'm still working on this. CoG is too far to the rear hence it's angle. I'll soon be working on a tool that will shift the CoG by weighting all the nodes - - - Updated - - - Everyone get ready for takeof-- orr not. (I've since fixed this )
With impulses from certain places, i began to make the Lemanja actually FWD, like it should be in the first place. Working on the model part now, because that is the fun one. Before anybody asks, that is a V6, butchered up from the Gavril V8 Hopefully will get help with the jbeam part
The moment you search for 'el ranchero' when looking for ute reference pics... The meshes need some tweaking but I think the main shapes are as they should be. Still a lot of jbeaming left to do. And probably found the cause of the wobbling rear doors.
Aaaand fix the surfboards texture But, seriously i cant wait for the update! Your mods are soo good! You put a lot of effort into them. Do you plan to implement a cabriolet too?
Seriously modders, here we have ute, wagon, sedan & coupe muscle car Jbeams. Im just saying, golden opportunity to make the Holden HQ range. We're just missing a panel van
Epic work dude. You even made the doors on the 4-door shorter like they should be Now make a 1974 Chevy Laguna nosecone for it pls? So I was thinking right... "I kinda wanna put the RoR caravan in to BeamNG... but I really can't because towhooks don't work yet... Maybe I should make an RV... But then I kinda have to model the entire inside which would be impossible to jbeam properly... Then a couple of days later, I had completely forgotten about it, and I randomly came across a pic of the RV in my 2nd favorite TV show(my favorite being Top Gear, obviously). And it just clicked, immediately. That's what I should make. I won't have to make a full-on interior. I'm having a really hard time trying to figure out how sharp the nose should be, it looks incorrect(looks too sharp), but I found a really slanted pic from the top of the RV in the show, and it seems to line up... That said, dimensions in general of the specific one in the series is very hard to find, but apparantly it's 9.70 meters long, 3.32 meters high and 2.43 meters wide, and a 178" wheelbase(4.52 meters). If anyone happens to know about a 1986 Fleetwood Bounder RV standing around near them, you'd be massively helpful to go and measure it, because I'm still not sure. It looks weird to me, too narrow perhaps. Anyway, if you don't know the series, it's the RV from Breaking Bad. I haven't watched it passed season 4 episode 2 because the progress was too slow for me, but I freaking loved that show otherwise.
Oh well...time to re-watch Breaking Bad, I guess An RV would be truly an amazing adition to Beamng. Good luck man!
