Set the origin in blender to 0 in object mode select the object that keeps moving oddly then hit n. A menu on the left will come up. On the top of the menu you must set the numbers to 0
The frame acting all goofy is because you haven't applied location/rotation/scale. CarSquasher's point is also quite important. Totally forgot about resetting origins. There's an easier way. In Object Mode, press Shift+S, and press Cursor to Center. Highlight the body and press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+C, and press Origin to 3D Cursor. DO NOT highlight all objects and reset origins, as you will break the props.
It works thank you! But now I have another problem . When I turn the steering wheel it goes through the car in a circle.
:/ Import an unmodified hatch.dae into your modified one and replace the steering wheel, foot pedals, handbrake, and steering column stalks.
If I could get paid to mod officially, then I could have this done in a week or so : (imported from here) Adjusted door sizes a bit: (imported from here) C-pillar progress: (imported from here) Also, a station wagon might be in order
GoKart vs 8x8 Truck i have added coltris to the kart now, for some reason the chassis of the GoKart is not displayed any more but meh, will fix it when i figure out how EDIT: I have been working on the model for a bit now. Decided its going to be electric because i couldn't model an engine for this thing if my life depended on it, batteries and motors are far simpler...
Hello Betatester, good job as usual, maybe you can add this to the rear door if you want the rear windows can be open . (It's ugly but realistic) Good luck !
Torque curve is simpler for a motor too. Peak torque at approximately 0 RPM (it is asymptotic), 0 torque at max RPM, It is then a linear decrease inbetween. Simples.
19 inch rims yo. Modeling them: like 3 days cause I couldn't figure out why it looked wrong. Texturing them: about an hour. Man, I love DDO I also figured out after I was completely done that even though it says these things have 16 inch wheels everywhere online, they actually have the optional 19 or 19.5 inch wheels(optional for the Chevrolet P30 chassis). Luckily I was able to scale the outer ring without having to redo any texture/modeling work
