When you want Barstow performance but all you have is Moonhawk Swap the hell out of it and make it a rubber burning bastard! I played around with blender and ported Moonhawk's V8 radtube, exhaust and headers to Barstow's engine
Ah, so much better. Let me introduce the Spark, by Hirochi. A lovely, lively little 800cc Two Cylinder paired up to a rather meaty 180hp Electric motor to give out amazing efficiency with a still beefy 400nm of torque when you need it.
scale asap because the MORE jbeams you have the harder it is to do OR just push it a sigment up and scale up the wheels or If you dont want to scale the whole thing shorten the doors narrow it a smudge and move the roof down a bit that way the main section is the same but the exterior shrinks always model then jbeam
I think I am gonna leave it as is, then keep it in mind for future models since it is only about 5% out. So unless you are looking specifically for it the chances are it won't be noticed. Thank you for the help though Actually, it doesn't look that bad at all for scale. I must have been looking at it from an odd angle. I guess its just really difficult to tell in game whether it is accurate or not. For example I wouldn't have expected the covet and 800 series to look so similar in width. Currently trying to make the jbeam closer to a stock one. Would seem changing the wheels was more dramatic than expected. The suspension 100% deserves a participation award.
So i just did something bizzare.. because of the lack of nice modern pickups, might finish it... Though im not sure of how to really design the part between the cab and the bed, so any suggestions would be nice
If you like you could have my coupe mesh + jbeam, it's not finished completely (C pillar has bad shading for example), but the parts important for you are fine .
Finished off the sides of the bed and the "trunk".. uhh thing.. --- Post updated --- PM me, would love to !
I actually kind of like it.. you have all the space you would get in a saloon, in a pickup truck.. will make a ute aswell whenever this gets done, along with my other project..
Not really... i'll have to sleep on it, unless people here can figure something out AND btw, the car is pretty much done.. --- Post updated --- It really has an interesting look to it..
It's about 5 feet too long. Seriously, I would highly consider shortening the wheelbase enough to completely get rid of the rear door.
As I said, it wasn't supposed to make sense... Though I can agree on changing the wheelbase around making the backend longer, like on the crewman posted above me... so that will be next since I'm happy with the cab area and would actually want to make it look proper... --- Post updated --- And a two door version is on the way too, so don't worry --- Post updated --- so i just made something quickly before school.. how about it?
