I had free time at school, so i've made this... To be honnest Blender is fairly easy to use... But the hard part is to use it in the right way. ...Which I don't, you know it's more for train than anything. I really want to do some stuff for Beamng. Some proper stuffs. I'm here for such a long time andI feel so useless... I've made so many maps, props that I never realeased. I just feel like they are to bad to post them anywhere. I guess I should start by modifying stock beamng cars, if you have any simple idea, tell me about it ...
I have an idea, If you cut of a part of the ETK 800 and make it a hatchback you can call it ETK 400. Juts a small idea
Old Wartburg comes to my mind. Just keep doing all those, it takes time to train eye to see flow, also when you press n you get panel that shows coordinates of selection, when you select edge or vertex, you can see coordinates of that or you can set coordinates. I use a lot of copy paste to get even sizes and distances etc. I'm still not good at it, but using such trick does help a lot. Very often I like to drag edges too far, it is somewhat boring to make large flat piece from many tiny faces, but in game I have heard it matters that distance between edges is closely equal all over. Naturally some places have more detail and such, but overall I try to keep rather even spacing. Fail many times and soon you can do what ever you wish!
So does this make it the first aircraft in BeamNG with extendable flaps? I really love how this is getting along!
It's easy to make them triangles anyway. I think blender automatically triangulates them after export, but i'm not sure. For reference, it's CTRL T. --- Post updated --- Noo! you forgot something! The two engines with superchargers, the plow, and the extra set of wheels.
Wave #2: I made the bumpers yellow to better match the irl version, also modified the headlights and bullbar to match the old explorer better.
teaser for something I've been working on for a while now, (also, anyone know how to fix the texture problem? it seems to come and go at random.) Spoiler
