Thanks, yes would be cool to to, but It always comes out with all black texture when I import and export it again from 3ds max
No materials or UV's, so I gotta almost redo the whole thing from scratch since the LOD's all stuck together. Here's the guide I used: https://ps23dformat.wikispaces.com/Scripts+To+Convert+Models
Still need much work, suspension is terrible (that vibrates a lot on braking), but advanced steering wheel screen is so satisfying. btw, What do you think about engine sound?
Some more work being done: Gave the custom some fins and a bigger spoiler for all the kids out there Working on the vtec-based engines, all of which I have dubbed as EVC (Electronic Valve Control) engines, because whats the point of having a civic-based covet if your engine can't rev to 9000 Also made a VTEC-E inspired high-efficiency HX model (50+ mpg obligatory) And a driving school config And improved all materials, taking them from "slightly shiny plastic" they were before to "actually painted metal-ish", all because of the new me-not-being-lazy-for-once-and-actually-making-proper-textures technique. Once I finish the interior color options and make some thumbnails and get the performance statistics this thing should be ready to release.
Looks nice, although you might want to make some adjustments to the right fender. It looks like it's clipping through the headlights. Also, the front frame rails of the Covet's chassis are clipping through the headlights (on both sides). The frame rails will be part of hatch_body in the dae.
Did some touches in GIMP while I'm away from my PC, this is how it should look when finished. (probably it will be different doe)
