Whats with all your useless posts?
A rough start.
Maybe he's trying to make a coffee for Beamng! lol
I will ask Acrain7 if it's okay for me to continue.
correct me if I'm wrong but the fairmont should be around the same size as a legran, not this much bigger than one right?
according to Wikipedia it is a compact car
Is it just me, or does it look wider?
I think it might be out of scale since a fresh gm jbeam fits too well
edit: it is I just parked a moonhawk next to it and it is bigger than the moonhawk when it should be slightly smaller than it
any ideas on how to properly scale it?
Same applies to you.
OT : Fuel tank and coffee!
Length: 193.8 in
Width: 71 in
The strange thing about that mod is that with the custom jbeam that it comes with it has a few issues
Floating steering wheel lever (should be somewhere by the front right passenger window)
And a transparent mirror inside the car.
But when you switch the jbeam to a unmodified GM jbeam
The floating lever is gone
The mirror is now solid
But it does now have a NO TEXTURE front window when it breaks.
And of course, the jbeam is slightly off.
- Rear fuel tank is almost finished!
by god of course its ok!
you do what you do best and make the best damn set of reindeer antlers ive ever seen
now I have to figure out how to measure it
I hate editing lights more than anything else. Ugh.
Wasn’t there some kind of map that can measure cars? I saw pics of it in community screens before and there was a link to the map. Don’t remember where it is though.
Thought about skinning for a while, So I finally followed a tutorial on making a skin in GIMP, and after many tries, with one attempt causing the vehicle to not load at all, it worked!
Measured it in blender (Thanks to Econadder for teaching me how)
Length: 5.11 m
Width: 1.88 m
Height: 2.03 m (don’t know if it counts the antenna too)
This automobile is slowly taking the desired shape
