It is enough to have a post that contributes in this thread, but screenshots are of course always nicer Are you going to write up information of challenging parts or make a tutorial of how to create real car? //////////////////////////// Working on with easier way to build turbo by help of spreadsheet. There is still some bits missing as I got around 30Nm too much, but it is close already. I have changed this 440cid's spreadsheet quite a bit:
For the Roamer. As this one would not really work. --- Post updated --- Is that enough of a jelly car? --- Post updated --- I call it done!
I'm sorry to hurt your eyes, but these wings of yours bring jolted my memory, can't remember where I saw it, but at some place I have seen wing mounted like in my horrible drawing attempt: Not sure of if it really would work there, aerodynamics can be sometimes quite challenging to predict and sadly can't remember where I saw such wing setup.
I made a I6T for the etk s series during my boredomn if you could help me on that skin it would be helpful: https://www.beamng.com/threads/need-help-about-a-skin.52502/
It's more common than you think. Supposedly it works magically at reducing understeer, but it's horrendously ugly.
Here's the current state of the stock car model. It is far from being a dead project, but progress has greatly slowed down due to life. Anyway, finished all UVs, and started texture work. Current textures do not reflect the final quality.
Beautiful as a mustache under lady's nose In that pic I doubt placement is best though, there is low pressure area typically right around where wing is, perhaps bit behind wing is strongest low pressure area, hence why LanEvo has cooling outlet there. That little wing should be placed more forward for best effect, imo.
Not sure if it's for function, considering I don't see a front splitter, and the headlights haven't been replaced with in-line ones, for less drag during night racing. But I'm not sure what you really mean. This is an air velocity map of an MR2, best one I could find: I don't think it's necessarily about air pressure on the hood, but the speed of the air on the hood is always going to be really high, which should produce more of a pressure difference between the top and bottom of the nose wing. Which means more downforce.
It depends really from many factors. If anyone is interested from car aerodynamics, this document gives a lot of insight to that and in BeamNG aerodynamics really have lot of function, might help to develop aerodynamics of some mods?: http://www.lancerevoclub.com/EVOVIII/evo8.pdf
That's a really interesting document. I don't know anything about mmHg, but to be using a CR of 8.8, and using premium fuel, it must be running a pretty big amount of boost.
For unit conversions, this tool is best thing in existence, it is enough small so it fits on screen when you are doing lots of stuff, not sure if website still exists, tool is OLD and good, so that you can know mmHg get the tool, it's modder's best friend or something:
Lowriders are actually illegal in many states, like California. Adds to the thrill I guess! Ot- Can't take a picture of sound, so nothing new, unless you have suggestions for things besides engines and shite for my pack.
So I posted thread in content creation about this tool, go grab it and yell at me when things don't work or something
