I just measured my 4 door's wheelbase compared to a JK Wranger:
Wrangler is 2.95 meters
my hopper is 2.97 meters
2 door hopper is 2.4 meters
but i see what you mean so i might consider shortening the rear door

however, with some configs it doesn't seem that long at all

So I bit the bullet and modeled stuff.

 

I originally thought about cancelling this, but after having a think (and testing it out on the racetrack) I think I'll finish it eventually after the Viper and NASCAR truck are finished
