Just some AI driving tests, it took some time, but after several minutes of rocking back and forth, AI finally managed to squeese into that tight turn
Oh it is more to do with my lack of skills. As long as I do relatively straight shapes all is fine: This is where everything falls apart: Learning to see edge flow, learning how to end edge loops, all that takes time. There is really nothing that helps with that, except more and more practice, I guess. This just won't do, there is no poly flow, making anything out like this is futile. For example I think it should go more like this: However edge can't be ended like this, it should go to corner where it ends or I should split face around to continue edge, making those decisions, seeing what would be best is very challenging, to know when to end edge and when to continue it: Very quickly with round shapes I end up with situation similar to painting yourself into corner. So have to just keep trying, very slowly it will get better
certain styling cues lend themselves towards electric vehicles. A more futuristic design such as those particular wheels would therefore likely be present on an electric vehicle.
Spokes, rim and hub are not attached to each other and rim is not ready yet, spoke / rim edge flow is so difficult that I'm not sure if my lifetime is long enough to learn that, however it would work enough well without that too I guess, shading might be funny though.
This isn't a thread about guess the car OT: Finished a map called Mars Surface, It's still awaiting approval. Finished the One and only beamng Solar System map, will post it on Tuesday (Tomorrow) Finished the update on the chicken mod (as well as the addon pack) Working on a Challenger Hellcat/03 Mustang (forum releases) Any other space suggestions? Such as a ________ surface map? (replace the ______ with your idea) I do warn that the Solar System map is a little glitchy if you travel past Mars or Back to Earth and beyond.
