I really like this car, one thing I noticed about that shot though is that wheel clips wheel arch thing. I wonder why that is, track width, tire size, suspension motion range, ride height, steering geometry, shape of the fender? Also I think some textures could be bit higher resolution, there is bit of blur on some. Just some random thoughts that might offer routes to make it even more incredible
I´d either box in the Mild Seven logo, make the stripe go over the car or just remove the stripe. Like that it just looks wierd. Also, I guess you´ll release it under the Benetton name? [Wouldn´t make much sense having the Benetton Formula logo on it otherwise]
No I won´t put the Benetton in the skin, it is going to be only Mild Seven only for rally but little bit based on the F1, because of the Mild Seven. But I have done some stripes on top of the car I will show you it later. And thank you for the tips!
Why you people model in so dark setup? Put 8 lights at least there to at least see something? I still had to put edges green as they were so hard to see from stupidly dark background. Still this looks more crap and thanks to migraine I lost whole day again, which I wanted to spend making thing. Then again, I might redo that as it should really be in frame and not in bumper, definitely don't want to make new frame though, so maybe I end up with funny loose mesh that just appears to be part of frame, idk. I don't even have time for this crap, but there is one guy who really would like to have tow hitches for articulated buses and I thought I try to set tow boom to front, so you could kinda hook up really many articulated buses together. But seriously, add some lights and I need to bevel I guess Then again, I might put those eyelets below bumper to parts of frame, but then it would not have easy way to lift up by hydros. I wonder why no one has done Deuce and trailer though as it could use pretty much T-series jbeam for frame, anyway that is where I though idea for that thing, could put hydro to lift thing up etc.:
Ah, ah, now one can see something Render, now I just need to steal some polygons from one of the trailers in vanilla game, then put three nodes and three beams to it and crappy thing is done, except actually attaching to bus etc is going to take longer: If I put tow hitch to train, it could pull really lot of these things behind of it, nah, it would not be fun --- Post updated --- Ripped part off and put it to place, only jbeaming and putting it into bus is left to do, which probably is not today, might be tight if even this week. Still need to write essay about society's methods of breeding poverty before tomorrow morning Pffft, UV map needs work, but you get the idea, it does require a lot of adjusting though and it is just a fake now without jbeam, however it should not be impossible to achieve somewhat usable part. I'm going to put new front bumper, which all buses can then use, I think it would serve users best.
