    ECA is very much a work in progress still which is one of the reasons it has not been released. The main town for example uses a complex mesh without any LOD meshes and for collision it is still using the visual mesh. Some of the other buildings are the same. So as they say "this does not represent the quality of the final product" :)

    east coast doesnt seem to be any smoother or laggier than other maps on my laptop, desktop doesnt seem to struggle either but I think its still running lowish settings (havent played with em) :confused:

    Yeah I have noticed that and really I was just using it as an example, but this choppy frame rate happens with any of the detailed maps, albeit less persistent on the older ones.

    All of this pointless arguing and no one has really pointed out how far beamng has actually came compared to this video. So much barely noticeable work that has taken place in the past year and so that the game really is genuinely a much higher quality game than what was showed in this clip. Heck just look at all that clipping into the flat wall. I for one can say it's a lot more polished than what's in this video now.

    Looks great! Maybe it's an idea to add some emergency/service access points? (which can double as an entrance to a rally track? :p )

    Yeah there are some strewn across the track, there is a network of inner roads.

    Looking good. Would it be possible to have tire stacks at tricky turns that will move when you hit them? (like the tire stacks vehicle)

    No, unless each one is a separate vehicle, terrain deformation is not possible yet.:rolleyes:

    Environmental NB objects aren't yet viable on the large scale needed for a whole map.

    New ramp prop for loading stuff. Good practice for me, I can't texture for ****. I hand painted the textures on this ramp though #learning2texture :p
