So I'm pretty sure this was answered already, ( I want Tdev or Gabester to answer this) how much of an FPS drop do you get when you have at least 5 or more vehicles colliding into each other?

I think they talked about this on the comments of the live steam i think it depends on how many cores your CPU has something like that.

I think what tdev said was that when you have more cars than cores the physics begins to slow down, however I kinda remember tdev saying they hope to speed things up again by offloading some of the physics to your GPU

I wonder if that applies only to your number of physical cores, or does it also function with simulated cores (hyperthreading)? Gabester has an i7, which I believe all of them are quad core hyperthreaded for 8 total threads, yet he was hesitant to spawn more than four cars at once. Also, if that means one car needs two threads, does that mean people without hyperthreading will need to devote two cores to a single car?

is there going to be a hellaflush version like that other car you posted a while back? i'm interested on how frame scrape-age, huge negative camber, and stretched tires handles/drives in the game.

does it still lift the rear wheel at all?

Hyper-threading on it's own doesn't make a huge difference. It's just like a small boost to the cores you already have, no actual cores are there, it's a virtual thing for offloading.
Because of that, hyper-threading doesn't make much difference. Also tdev or estama said it doesn't help much.

One car doesn't need two threads/one core. It's just that if you have 4 cores, and 4 cars; each will be on their own core, but if you have 6 cars and 4 cores; then two cores will have two cars each, slowing things down. I don't know the performance hit but it may be noticeable.
