Dirt Race scenario broken

Hi,

The AI in the new Dirt Race scenario added in the update doesn't seem to work. I've tried clearing cache and running with no mods, and none of the AI Roamers move. I've attached a video.

Been reported multiple times in the 0.11.0 thread, not placed on the bug list last I checked

(Just saying it's on there, I know it's easy to miss the 3 times in 11 pages)

it wasn't meant to be in the update due to poor Ai. a future update may bring it back.

Its not just the AI in the scenario, when the AI is turned on while on the Dirt Track in freeroam, the vehicle instantly shows "Fatal Vehicle Exception"
