I got frustrated of Dirt Rally wheel settings, turned everything to zero and then started increasing one by one to see what would work for me, turned out I need only one setting, self aligning torque: All the other sliders seem to just be annoying or something, they seem to add weirdness to FFB, not much else. Maybe I'm again individual, but with that setting it is actually quite nice.
