    does anyone know how to stop the car from automatically starting when you spawn it because i like tuning cars and replacing parts but its annoying having the engine running 24/7

    it's impossible as it would make a lot of mess with a lot of features such as AI and traffic, Diamondback explained it somewhere but too lazy to find where

    I know the feeling and here's the trick : leave the fuel tank slot empty until your finished editing :)
