So, quick question, I respect and understand that things take time to develop, however, from watching the videos of the SD70, it looks like you have made tremendous progress and it seems to be at the same level of development as the F7A was at the time of its release. I'm not going to ask for a release or anything, however I'm just wondering what else you plan to accomplish before releasing that locomotive.
You mean this light On F7 I change textures because there was a problem with light itself. --- Post updated --- Now i'm trying to remake engine system because train is based on old subway mod. trying to figure out new engine system "powertrain". NA maybe when i finish everything what i want wagons etc i will release it.
Ok, thank you for the quick reply. Might I suggest that instead of making the light move you make it only flicker and flash from dull to bright? I'm not sure if that's even possible since coding and such is not my strong suit. maybe potentially set the mars light to engage when in high beams, then it going from low to high beams as though it were rotating, so you could maintain the look of it without actually changing the whole setup of the skin and such
I saw that there will be a Union Pacific SD-40 being developed and I was wondering if you were planning to make any other skins for the F7. If you could make a Union Pacific, the two would go great together, seeing that they are from the same time period.
Now i'm trying to remake engine system because train is based on old subway mod. trying to figure out new engine system "powertrain". NA m Will be But i dont want old, i want like modern but not amtrack because amtrack is boring (like for me). If you have some suggestions you welcome.
I was wondering if there was a way to hook up the locomotives back to back, I saw that you did that with the railcars in various vids, but I haven't been able to get the locos to hook up. I tried to toggle the vehicle-trailer hookup and they were close but they didn't connect
Use the node graber ([Ctrl] key) to pick the node of the coupler, put it over the node of the other coupler and center clic, that should do it
So what does this test map come out (or what does it look like)? I'm asking because I would like if you could implement the thing on the Sadler Gorge map where it spawns in with an object. (the bridge). So it would (by it I'm referring to the test map) would spawn in the F7 on the tracks, ready to go.
