Yeah look I just want to get some help off the person making this mod with adding universal racing seats support to it, and have no bloody idea how the jbeam has been written. The seats are in the body jbeam and I cannot no matter what I do code it in a way that it doesn't break the mod. Why do I want to add this? Because the only racing seat available is an outdated, grey boring plan and bland vanilla seat which looks absolutely garbage because it has old textures. Not only that, but I think I can speak for a lot of people when I say, why would you put non realistic seats in a real world car? Why have a drag racing config when theres no option to add drag racing seats? Sorry to sound like a cunt, but if you knew the effort I went to to make it work and add it as a free release for everyone........... I just cannot hide how I feel about the vanilla racing seats. They look shit. Here, if anyone wants to try have at it. Take all the credit for all I care. The beams are apparently duplicating but I have tried everything with no luck.
If you want a plethora of different racing seats, I would recommend Ghost_cauli's Skins and Things. It has a drag racing bucket seat, among others. These seats are also compatible with all vanilla vehicles, and some mods.
Respectfully, you’re missing what I’m saying. Any custom seat packs require the racing seat base and that’s why they’re compatible with the vanilla cars. The base was designed so you can run “racing seats” or any custom seat on any car that has the racing seat base installable. Those seats are a skin for the vanilla racing seats, which again require the base to be installed. The Charger is missing this feature and I have been trying to add it using the universal jbeam format. The universal format is basically what has been written in the jbeam that I have attached to my post above. But, I cannot get it to work because of the way the original cars jbeam for the body has been configured. I’m trying to make contact with Stoat or anyone who’s worked on the mod to see if they can help. Haven’t had any replies to my DMs or an invite to the discord so I can have better luck at contacting them there. Again, respectfully I could not give a flying fuck about there being porn bots spamming the server. I get three of four of the things follow me on Insta a day, so it’s not going to make a difference. I want to join the server so I can make contact with the people who have ultimately coded the jbeam I’m trying to build upon, so I can understand it more and do as I’m trying to achieve.
