the gray box next to the name of the mod that says "On Hold" means that the author has either temporarily or permanently halted progress on the mod. basically just means it'll be a while before it gets released
so i saw a vid dodge magnum crash test and it seem its done so can you realeasd it now cus i love that car
keep in mind that there could be more than one mod of the same car, so the magnum dong you saw in a video could very well be a completely different one. all we can do now is wait.
