Does anyone get this error (unable to lock vertex buffer)

    Happens to me sometimes when I have recording software open (Although that's pretty common in a lot of games with recording software open).

    It's a bug related to drivers, etc. They're working on fixing it but until then you'll have to bear with it. ;)

    i hade it when i recored something with Fraps then open the world edit (F11)
