Easier Modding?(Add-On Parts)

I heard that modding will be easier in BeamNG than RoR.If it is true and Modding a Vehicle (Adding parts someone made or swapping rims) will be easier then how will it be easier?just wondering because im a noob modder on RoR.For now im only able to swap rims and add parts with a readme.thx

 

There will be possibilities to change parts and rims and stuff like that in-game as said many times before
