Unzip the map Then with notepad++ find and replace in files Point to unzipped directory Filefilter *.json find and replace: levels/industrial/art/shapes/trees with levels/east_coast_rework/art/shapes/treesind then the forest items are fixed.
Don't think ti worked for me, I don't know. I just need this map done soon But obviously I need to wait, so..I would need a better explanation since I have a mind of a laid back brain. Sorry
Could you please tell me exactly the name of the file where i can find "levels/industrial/art/shapes/trees" beacuse i cant find it in the map folder anywhere
Haven't looked in this specific map yet, but usually it is all material files, the forest object files and a few other ones. Because this is quite a lot of files to edit manually, if not too many, he recommends you to use notepad++ because it searches and replaces in the whole mod automatically for you and won't miss any
I took a look into the map today and there are more assets linked wrong than the forest items. If @DJModem agrees I could repair most of the errors. Would take me an hour I guess.
please do it, when i found out this map it was unknown that it was broken, i tried it out and it was broken.
Hello everyone, long time no see. So the map is currently fixed, but i am working at the update now and i am like half way done with it. A lot of the existing stuff on the map is getting a rework, like the construction site is getting finished, the fishing town is getting moved and reworked, the port is also getting a small rework and the junkyard. Plus, with this update, a quarry has been added which includes a rock crawling course since the last BeamNG update was an offroad based one. What i would like y'all to do, is choose what would you like to be added besides all that in the next update on this link: https://strawpoll.com/polls/GJn4Go1xzyz. I will check the results tonight. Are the no Texture plants part of the bug? I recently redownloaded the game and got no textures at bushes and trees
