Engine/Transmission is Really Rough

    I'm trying to make transmissions for things but I've noticed that no matter what I do, if it has an engine larger than 4 cylinders, the engine inertia rocks it back and forth a lot and the transmission CANNOT be smooth!! How do I counteract this??
