Re: Off Road Race Vehicle: Ensenada Tormenta Whether it is Stadium Short Course Trucks or Trophy Trucks, they generally sit a bit higher than what is shown in that image. They can get that low and a bit lower depending on which truck you're referencing but over all, they typically have over 3ft of vertical travel in a generic setup and should be a bit higher; otherwise you're riding around on the bump-stops all day at the slightest turn. If the concern is unrealistic bouncing, reduce the sidewall stiffness a bit and you should get a much more realistic tire model. This is the change that will be coming to the basic and off-road package D15 according to the devs to solve that problem as well.
