Environmental temperature

It will be cool if we can change the temperature like the gravity in the environment panel.

 

and if the cars would react to the temperature of the map and would overheat

 

Already in game. Map temperature affects brake and engine thermals.

I think the post is asking for a slider, to make changing the temperature a lot easier.
