Error: Failed to create resource??

I have all the folders in the right areas and even the pictures of the maps show up in the main menu screen. But when I click to play them 20 different "failure to create resource" boxes pop up. I also cant play any of the cars I've downloaded. At this point I'm super confused on what to do. Any help?

 

Try to re-install the game, and be sure you add the mods correctly, and you are installing the game correctly either.
