the engine bay should not be that long btw, mostly (and by that i mean not all) the engine is sideways in the car not straight, but that is your decision. i hope you get this to work.
Actually im not working on it, since i still need to see how to put the rear wheels on the correct place
okay i agree with that but nonetheless the bmw 1 series (etk 200) in this case has a shorter bonnet than the bmw 5 serie (etk 800) okay well after some research see the pictures below (the sizes are in MM) the bonnets are about the same length.... so not to be a cry baby then. but the car needs to be sized correctly then. (and all i mean is the back window really) well i just hope i helped you a little bit out with the specs of the car. also you need to adjust the wheels in a different file (file name etk800_suspension_R.jbeam) its located somewhere in the ETK800 zip folder good luck with it i just can't wait to crash it
Ok, good news. I managed to put the wheels on its proper place, so now is drivable. I need to fix some jbeam problems, tweak the rear suspension (is a bit bouncy) and other minor improvements. Then i will release a beta, and after that, i will think of small body modifications to make it a bit different from the 800 series
Some crash tests: As you can see, my jbeam have minor problems, but other than that, deforms quite well
