    gabe said before that he though of making different market versions with and without 5mph bumpers etc, so yes, this is just a confirmation.

    The front bumper can have either turn signals or fog lights. On the base model with no chin spoiler, they're turn signals. The chin spoiler has turn signals now. There's also an alternate lights skin with clear turn signals which is used on some variants.

    At first this looked more like a Japanese car, like a Mitsubishi or something (Galant springs to mind),but now, after it's more refined, and the model has more detail it looks more like something Audi, VW or BMW would make back then, this turned out MINT!

    Hey Gabester. I was wondering whether smaller bumpers will be included. In the USA in 1988, cars were allowed to have smaller bumpers and so the large US bumper specifications went away. If the production of the 2400i were to continue past 1988, I would imagine that smaller bumpers were to be fitted then.

    Is it just me or... the Hofmeister-kink-like feature at the rear window is a tad bit too... angular? :oops:

    Even back in the '80s, BMWs didn't have such a sharp kink.

    I know the 2400i is just loosely inspired to BMWs of that era. Still, I think it could use a more rounded edge down there... :)

    So this thing has a configuration that makes it look like the Mercedes 190E Evo? That's absolutely sick, and I can't wait to test this thing out on a track when it arrives.
