    RE: AWD having faster corner exits: interesting point, but I'm having trouble wrapping my brain around it.

    RE: Torque splits: that's a problem I thought of but didn't mention. Some AWD cars, usually those that come as FFs in standard trim, are FF until the front wheels slip, at which point the minimum necessary amount of power is sent to the back. So, basically, they'll understeer until you actually spin the front wheels, then send just enough power to the back to restabilize, then return to being FF. Doesn't sound like much fun.

    Yep.Straight 5 engine is used by some European cars.For example,Volvo,VW,Audi.

    Actually, I find a 1986 BMW L7 pretty good, along with all the other E Series BMWs, but the 3 Series don't cut it for me.
