That doesn`t make any sense. It says WIP Beta Released because there`s still some stuff to fix or parts to be added, that`s at least how i think it works...
Because they're still working on it. There is a file available for download to use, be happy that it's still being worked on because that means more content and improvements.
I will release the mod to the repository when I feel as if... 1.The mod works for 89% of players. 2.Add-ons such as body parts and interior are complete and properly textured. 3. I run out ideas for things to add to the car. 4. Glitches become a rare occurrence. (That only happen when a player has installed a Russian mod ). 5.
