well good thing this is an active thread...im proud of myself for searching first and found this lol I have steam but rarely use it, since I use a toaster craptop. However, after seeing the nerdcubed video, I needed to try this out... I downloaded the Demo, and so far (besides the Low graphics settings) I love it. It has lots of objectives, TONS of customization, and pretty great Keyboard control (I also have a XBone controller but I play mostly at work *smh*). I had a question, though, since people take this game really seriously lol When/How does the demo run out? I seem to be doing non stop challenges, bought my first Volvo truck, and customization seems to be unlocking the further I go. Im still a beginner (according to my "level"). I will buy this game and get MP mod once I am able to settle down and actually commit time to it, but of course I'd rather putz around with the Demo for as long as possible. Seems like an awesome game though.

Well, had my first MP crash today. I didn't have the speed limiter turned on and may have been doing 140kph downhill. A lorry tried to over take someone in the opposite direction meaning i had to swerve, i then hit some bollards at the side of the road which flung me into some other guy who was following them. Both of our trucks crossed the guard rail and were jackknifed. Oops Time to reload an older autosave...
Got the game last night, played it a bit today, after a bit of practise driving around england I thought I had gotten the gist of the game, took a trip to calais, took a whopping 10 seconds for me to cock up big time.
You can use your activation key to get it in Steam like I did. (I originally bought it on Amazon because back then I don't think it was on Steam yet.) Or you can buy it in the Humble Simulator 2 Bundle for $10 and get a bunch of other awesome games. (And a DLC for ETS2.)
You should have seen the car coming with all dat illumination. In other news, I was in a convoy earlier and I overtook a slowpoke with no trailer. He went down the offramp next to me then when he came back up he rammed me, throwing my truck into the oncoming lane where someone else crashed into me. He denied everything and the leader (Glasgowibila) temp banned me from the TS3 server for the group just because I yelled at him a bit. Later on he did the same exact thing again. Then the convoy drag raced in a shipyard. (I beat everyone )
after the game decided to total my truck for the third time in 1 hour with that annoying "random ping off into the distance" glitch I got bored and irritated someone streaming the super massive convoy earlier today. If a bloke called Hati Calamity wiped you out I apologize for taking after my namesake with that glitch that seemed to have taken about 5 trucks with it and the subsequent reckless driving spree . I wonder how easy it is to undo about a three quarters of million in debt.
