Hi @JorgePinto! I installed the European License Plates Compilation as a dependency of the Hirochi CCF. When checking for conflicts afterwards using "List possibly broken mods" in the Mods Manager, I noticed that your mod is listed as potentially broken since it apparently overwrites /vehicles/pickup/pickup_licenseplate_EU.jbeam.

I'm not sure whether that's intentional or not and would appreciate it if you could take a look. Many thanks in advance

Ok, the hotfix ended up being a proper update, since things could be expanded and fixed beyond what I first thought.

• Added yellow US rear license plates to all cars
• Added yellow rear license plates to all utilities
  • Includes the Caravan, and all current trailers
  • Added special plates in certain utilities/trailer with '(With Design)' in the title to allow license plate design slots to exist, otherwise UK plates cannot be loaded and the plate will look broken.
  • Also, that way you can have any other design you want, since the slot doesn't exist for some reason as standard.
• Updated all plates so ensure all cars have at least one yellow rear plate for each type of stock plate
• Fixed pickup plates overwritting the game plates
• Fixed wrong plate shape being used in the Grand Marshall
• Fixed wrong plate shape being used in the Bus

I hope all changes are clear, as explained, the '(With Design)' plates were neccesary since for some reason certain utilities/trailers, such as the Frameless Dump don't have the license plate design slot as standard, so not only you can add a design if you want, but also means yellow plates will be broken since you can't use the required design for it to work.

As always, please report any issues you might find, hopefully everything should be fixed by now.

Also, important note, I would please encourage people to DELETE/UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THE CURRENT VERSION OF THE MOD YOU HAD UNTIL NOW BEFORE UPDATING THE MOD, since I mistakenly changed the name of the file the last time, so I can't ensure conflicts won't happen since two files might exist at the same time with different names.

The correct name is EuroPlates_JorgePinto so if you have one named EuroPlates please delete it right away.

Can you do a rear yellow plate for the remastered 200bx?

 

Hello JorgePinto!

As you noticed, the 200BX (or now known as BX-series) was given a major remaster. Can you give the remastered BX some EU configs as well as a newly remade EU rear bumper for it too? It would bring this mod's spirit back. Please take your time well, I'm not forcing you because I'll leave it all up to you if you want to start it at a later date. Thanks!

Will there be new conutries added in this pack?

 

Since several modders have created their specialized plates mods for certain countries not covered by this one, nothing is planned for the time being.

 

The plates are awsome.Still,can you work on adding georgian and romanian plates?

Do you plan to add variations for Taxi, police etc for existing plates? I wanted to do spanish plate mod with all of these, but if yours already exist I might leave to you or collab with you

I will also be remastering all of my mods as I have spent the previous months getting more serious about graphic design and 3D modelling (trust me my new mods will look a lot better) Since I have also built up kind of a network of "license plate experts" I will also be adding a lot more older plates and just generally expand the variety
