Ever since 0.39 I've been unable to close or open the special vehicle buttons hud app.

Clicking on the arrow does nothing, I'm able to interact with every other hud app except that one, and I find this really annoying since to open the menu I have to switch to a different car, not to mention that I frequently use that hud app. I also tried deactivating all my mods and launching the game in safe mode but that didn't yield any results.
