Exhaust flames without over-revving the engine (no rev limiter cars)

I just checked and it's less of a bug and more of a design limitation. Certainly not intended though and I'll fix it some time in the future.

Yeah, okay, i`ve found the key to activate nitrous anytime...stupid me

apparently the bug is that the n2o system has a rev limiter built into it
the fact that it keeps shooting flames out has nothing to do with nitrous tho...
anyway you keep it just right at the redline it`ll keep shooting flames...

but now that we`re on the subject of rev-limiters and flames...
any possibility of turbo anti-lag systems that keep the pressure up?

edit:
"vanilla" Bng n2o has rev-limiter...
mod supernos does not, overrevs to death...
