EXPERIMENTAL: Vehicle Livery Creator / Dynamic Decals

hi, in my world editor decal browser doesnt show up, please help (ive pressed the browser button many times and nothing happens :/)

 

This looks very promising, although I'm not sure if it will produce the same quality of results that one could get from manually skinning.

 

I think, with enough skill and experience, someone would be able to make some rather impressive skins with the editor.
But I think they'd still be a noticeable way off of any well-made skin made by using external software.

At the moment, there are so many little details and adjustments you can make in an image editor that you could never make in BeamNG's Decal Editor.
And since I obsess over small details and am always making tiny adjustments; I am obviously biased and will never feel comfortable using it.
With external software, I feel you have more freedom.

 

Any idea when these will be implemented in the garage version?

How do I delete a livery. There is no button and I can't find the file

 

I'm probably a bit late to the party here but how is the livery editor enabled on cars, ive got a few old mods this would be perfect for

 

You have to go to the garage to find the option. I'm not sure if it works on mod cars.

 

Oh no i know how to find the option, my main question was what actually tells the game to enable the decals on a car as yes it doesn't work on mod cars.

 

I have made multiple skins for the LeGran, but I can't find them when in freeroam plz help.

SOLVED: just selected it in paint design

 

i noticed that uvs on gavril h series is messed up i tried to do a skin and its glitched just for the h series van

 

ability to reposition decal after it was placed would be nice ...

me too, when i press the test button in the garage it appears as dynamic textures
