Extreme Game Lag

    For some reason, the game locks up and doesn't respond when doing simple procedures like resetting a vehicle or adjusting the AI Parameters Risk after the 0.19.0.0 update. I have 24 GB Ram and the game is using only 3 GB of it. There aren't even any leaks? What is going on?
    I'm also getting a lot of 0x0000001 game crash errors too.

    Does it happen in Safe Mode? Can you please share your full PC specs, not just the RAM?

    I have the same Problems, when i redo my Car with CTRL and R the Game lags, and if i play with Traffic, on any Map i get 20 FPS, even with 4 Cars and its just so much Lag, and i dont have many Mods installed, most of them are deactivated
