F10 Menu bar remains in the screen

i know that the F10 menu it's work in progress, but here as you can see, i pressed F10 for playing with the script AI, and the entire new menu showed up, after closing it this "menu bar" remains opened and don't know how make it disappear. I even restarted the game but it's still there. Ok i found out how to disable it, but the game wasn't responding and giving me fatal error so i had to close it with Alt F4 (game was not crashed or freezed)
