F7 Resets car

This is really bugging me, every single time you press F7 (bring car to camera), it resets the vehicle It didn't use to be like this, and you used to be able to teleport wrecked cars and teleport back cars already in momentum but now it just resets them when they get teleported, therefore ruining these two things. Why even change this? What's the point? Please tell me there is some way to change it back or so. If not, can you please make a setting in gameplay, Something along the lines of 'teleport resets vehicle' or something.

anyone have the equvialent lua code for this? I think this migth be related to a problem I have with teleporting resetting the car...
