Yes gas stations are supposed to repair vehicles, however in beamng it would simply respawn your vehicle on the spot losing all speed, which I think would be terrible, so for now I decided only on repainting.

You actually don't need a premium subscription to download via the MEGA link. It does, however, limit free users to 5 GB of bandwidth based on IP address every 24 hours, and given that the map is around 3.3 GB in size, you should be able to download it without paying for a subscription. Ensure that you did not exceed 5 GB of bandwidth in 24 hours when downloading from MEGA links or in general. Outside of that, the Google Drive link works fine for me at this time, although I would not be too surprised if the download quota is exceeded again not long after. Check back on Google Drive later if that's what you prefer using, since the quota should reset in 24 hours according to Google. OneDrive should also recover at a later point since it did work at the time of the public beta release; it gives an error because the amount of downloads exceeded the limit there as well. Basically, all you have to do is just wait until you are able to download the map with either one of the 3 download links. Its popularity has proven to be a significant one, and it was expected even during the beta-testing phase
mega download limit is diferent for each country, for example, mine is 1gb, but if i download the app it goes to 1.5gb

I have an RTX 2060, 32 GB of RAM, a 10th Gen I7, and I am running at 25FPS in ultra 3840*2160p (4K UHD), so yes it runs ok with my machine but I can imagine the pain on lower computers because beamng is very intensive BTW : West Coast runs the same as this map on my machine
25 fps is fine? like yea ok you like to play with that but i cant even imagine lol, is resolution that heavy in performance?
Would there be a way to remove the reduced grip from the roads? I'd be fine doing it myself in the level editor but I don't really know what to change to increase the road grip
The particle effects sure look like the beamng water effects. I understand how that's more realistic, considering NFSMW2012 physics and how the roads were always wet. But whereas in the real game, the car handled like they were on dry asphalt, in beamng, it really feels like driving on water (Shocking, hey?) and honestly, if you don't use a car with a lot of downforce, it's literarily painful to drive on. With my default rally pessima, I can't even take a turn over 50 km/h without the car plowing straight into a wall like it's aquaplaning (which is absolutely what's happening, since the road is literally covered with water)
an issue I would like to report with the map is that when using vulkan and spawning AI traffic vehicles, the fps drops from 140 to about 15fps (Using RTX3060TI and R7 5800X3D), sorry if this has been reported already
