In Forza Horizon 4 in one of the super 7 courses i got 423 mph just falling from the sky in a Jeep.

 

i may have time travelled using a modded tommykaira zz-2 in gran turismo 3
i clipped through the wall on the test course after hitting somewhere near 7000-8000 mph, and for about seven seconds i just saw the car blip across the map, then it started free falling under the track
however the race replay skipped this completely and i shaved that time off

 

322 mph in the Ferrari 599 Evo in Forza Horizon 4
