Fatal Bug: Game crashes at startup (Black Screen)

    BeamNG.drive has been working for a few years now and now all of a sudden, the game starts up with a black screen. The game is running in windowed mode and it has never done that before. I used safe mode and it still did that. I verified the files with Steam and it was successful. I also reinstalled the game by uninstalling it through Steam and deleting the BeamNG.drive folder in Documents. I reinstalled DirectX too. Sometimes a Steam restart fixes games, but not this time.
    What I saw/found:
    -The BeamNG UI process wasn't running when it is supposed to run with the startup of the game
    -When I launch BeamNG.drive and it opens the window, it gets stuck on around 30-32MB RAM usage.

    That log is after I reinstalled the game. Before I reinstalled it and deleted the BeamNG.drive folder from documents, it had a different error. I don't have the log, but it said something about DirectX 11 and fullscreen mode (I can't remember it properly).

    I saw somewhere that MSI Afterburner can do this, but I didn't have that open or even running in the background. I have read about this issue and apparently, it is a rare issue. Please help me and the other people who are affected by this bug.

    UPDATE:
    The game launches with the UI now, but it takes a VERY long time to start up. It barely took any time to start up before though.
