nope no mods iam using the offical engines but maybe a reinstall wil fix it but about the orther one i wil make a video to show the issue

Clean reinstall before doing anything else.
I have see no other reporting such issue when doing that, may just be your end.

-Unistall BeamNG from Steam
-Delete BeamNG.Drive folder from MyDocuments (backup your mods if you want, but don't put them back yet!)
-Delete BeamnG.Drive folder from Steam/Steamapp/common (If there is still a folder)
-Reinstall BeamNG.

It works fine now, I guess some mod was causing it
