I have a few: Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition REMIX Juiced 2: HIN Forza 4 Forza Horizon Haulin Azz Project Torque NFS: Most Wanted NFS: Carbon NFS: Underground 2 NFS: Pro Street NFS: Hot Pursuit I'm a big car fan ^_^
Stuntman, Driver 1&2, Driv3r and DPL, Midnight Club 2, Test Drive 2002, the Burnout series, Flatout series..and a lot more.
NR2003, iRacing, NFS Underground 2 & Carbon, plus NASCAR Legends (got it at a flea market for ONE DOLLAR).
Rfactor F-Zero GX (It's an arcade with physics so deep it approaches the complexity of a simulator...damn) Midnight Club 3 Forza Motorsport 4 There's others, I guess, but this is what sticks out in my mind the most.
I used to like Gran Turismo 4 (I still have a soft spot for it, as all the latest console racing games just suck), now I play both iRacing and Race 07/GTR Evo. In case of lan party/occasional friend multiplayer I play Dirt 3 or MX vs. ATV reflex or unleashed.
Re-Volt is my all time favorite. The cars were great, the track design was great, and the music. Oh man the music. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KzPk-EQQZYU
My favourite arcade racing game is NFS Underground 2 (finished a few times). But I've also a favorite which is called Viper Racing. It have good physics and impressive body deformation for the year 1998 ! Plus it can be modded ! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lqBUbu1yyvY Prepare to be amazed ! ^^
How can I forget the hour's, days and whole nights lost to Geoff Crammond's Rev's on my C64 and Grand Prix 2 and 3 on my first PC.
damn, yes grand prix was awesome, i sneaked into the bedroom of my dad at mornings in front of school, on days at whcih my dad had late shift, to turn on the 4/86 desktop pc and play grand prix while trying to press the keys silent enough to not wake up my dad XD also destruction derby 1
Drive........ Lol, but for me it is midnight club 3 dub edition remix! I have had some very good memouries with that game second would be nfs carbon.
I'm glad I kept midnight club 3 dub edition remix and my ps2. That game was amazing. So many good memories
The driving of GTA IV feels perfect to me. Far from a purely racing game but it's extremely fun to drive in, so I'll say that. Looking forward to GTA V stealing that crown in September, though.
Luckily, i'm not a conformist who gets rid of his stuff when the next big thing comes around, so I still have all my old consoles and games.
I can't get rid of anything either. I just wish I still had the other 50ish games for ps2 that i traded in when I was younger.
