Its actually 16 but the 13 rule is to do with some law or something. I have no idea exactly i just thought about that when I read the comment. Hey we have to have some fun every once in awhile.
They recommend that you are 16 but they can ban you if you are immature until you are 16. Sorry guys that that I caused the thread to go off topic.
Yeah. Some german privacy law prevent kids under 13 from doing forums or some other crap. He was banned to protect beamng from liability. Thread was dead before. Mod is outdated and now we're arguing the age limits of the forums.
