My go on this, with a nice made-up story: The Gavril Donco. This robust utility vehicle was available as a van or pickup truck from 1965 until 1990. It featured 4 wheel drive and an almost indestructible 2.5 litre diesel I4 engine. Now comes the special part: This vehicle was designed to be delivered in parts to almost any place in the world and easy to assemble and fix, hence the body made mostly of straight and easily replaceable panels. The Donco was a success in many countries where a car like it was needed.
