my updater had problems with the 64 bit and with my anti virus program but now it is finnished and I ahve the new update , but good luck with yours , but may it is because you have win 8 , I have win 7 and I have now prblems, that it freeze

Hello all

my Updater downloaded the Updater veeeery slow.

Now there is a "alpha_prerace" Folder but the launcher.exe is not Working . Error "see Error.JPG"

So basicalli It´s not working !

I have a Win Vista 64 Bit System.

I downloaded the file, I installed it, but at the end of the installation has started the updater, showing the same error: 2 times, after that, I started the game and this is what I got:
attacched the update.log if can be useful

Last line of the log file tells you everything.

Could be multiple reasons behind it, but I will say, keep on trying because eventually you will get a reliable seeder.

So now with new Installer.
- Installation Success !
- Game is working !

1st Bug´s:
- Simulationspeed to 2% with H15 Cargo --> Game Stuck
- Resetting Car often --> Game Stuck

- - - Updated - - -

Better question : How had I not gone through a wall yet ?

But its my fault I´m too lazy to reinstall my PC.

Figured out my issue. My anti-virus software (Norton Internet) was blocking all outbound non-web browsing traffic. I noticed this when trying to play Gary's Mod and the server list was blank. Once I disabled the Smart Firewall (how ironic), the updater immediately started downloading.

 

SOlution: ditch norton. Last time I checked, microsoft security essentials was independently verified as offering better protection anyway and its been rolled into defender on windows 8 so you have it anyway

 

BeamNG doesn't run anymore after updating to version 3.2.0
I'm using Vista, Norton (Owwww Yeah...) deleted a 'Suspicious.cloud.5' after downloading. It deleted 'crashrpt1402.dll'... Tried it twice.

Another error I encountered; After removing the cab from the D15 the cab reappears, on its right rear wheel but without n/b's. The camera is attached though, so that one goes up and down when driving.

 

Tell Norton to add an exception for those files when it tells you it deleted them. Then reinstall.

Thanks, I just found out how to get the file back. Game works fine again, asked too soon.

D15 bug is still there, though.
