What kind of mess is this powertrain, needs a rework from the ground up. I have the torque curves for this engine from the Oldsfullsize refresh so I can provide the correct values, and some tuning parts if you want too.

I've only shared it because I had a load of requests based on the few videos I made with it. You're right that most of it needs a rework from the ground up. Absolutely! My intention was never to make it great, it was to make it driveable for the purposes of a few Breaking Bad themed videos. Really I just wanted to add a little bit of interior, fill the holes in the dash and dials, add breakable windows and lights. Messing about with the engine and transmission was never something I wanted to get involved in, but had to to get it running at all. One of the main reasons for posting it is so that people with more experience can improve on it. I'll happily take anything you have to make it better as I genuinely find it a fun thing to drive - throw in some DEA vans, a Los Pollos truck or two and you've got a little slice of Breaking Bad.
So here are some of the files from the Oldsfullsize rework, do what you want with them. I suggest just copying the stuff from the Jbeams to your engine files but do as you wish. oldsfullsize_engine_454_swap.jbeam - the main engine oldsfullsize_engine_bigblock_parts.jbeam - oil pan and long blocks oldsfullsize_engine_intakes_bigblock.jbeam - carburetors and superchargers oldsfullsize_engine_common_parts.jbeam - aircon pulley and ECU (+ other stuff you don't need) oldsfullsize_engine_intakes.jbeam - only thing you need from that is the EGR valves oldsfullsize_exhaust_common_parts.jbeam - headers and catalytic converters bounder_eng_oldsfullsize.zip - includes a .blend file with the engine separated into parts, if you want to use it you need to redo the materials so I suggest just treating is as a reference about how you can separate out the intake, aircon, EGR and stuff. If you want further help with the powertrain, you can ask. Idk what transmission this uses but I have THM200, THM200-4R, THM350, THM700R4.

I'm not into the breaking bad stuff, but I do like a big RV, I'm happy that I can pick both Class A and Class C motorhomes. A tow hitch would be nice, because I like to haul a trailer behind the RV.
i love that this is back though only needs shorter gear ratio, though im sure its being worked on, but thank you for bringing this back its been way too long
