It's not released yet. According to the author of the mod, it's on hold because it's not their priority at the moment.
Honestly, I think your video is not bad. I really like trucks and buses, and it is interesting to appreciate their suspension movements.
if i had to guess, they stole assets from a different mod to make another mod (not this one), got caught, an argument happened, and either deleted their account out of shame or got thanos snapped out of the website

Author is banned, plus mod still needs a lot of improving, especially the rear dual wheels not bolted together and the automatic gear box ratios So its either you/someone fix the flaws of the mod then go ahead and upload it. Though I stand no position to tell you if it's actually allowed to be posted in the repository either way
Could somebody please like buy the mod and be the owner like if you are a good modder you can update the mod and make the new link and be the new owner maybe so the mod cant be outdated

seeing how you'd probably won't get an answer from the og creator (seeing how i don't think they had any other socials linked, and generally just... you know), i think the best bet would be to track anybody who worked on this mod aswell, and ask them. if this was a one-person project, then i guess release it. worst you can get is a comment from an account telling you to take it down, or a email from Beam letting you know they took it down for you... i think
