Technically it should be called Gavril RS40 (or some other number of your choosing) as RS (RoadSport) in an equivalent to Ford's "GT" name

Not to be the party pooper but you will need more info than that to release your mod, needs accurate credits(sources).
You should go after getting permission for using this model. If its from a big ass company like Ubisoft or from Forza, you can alternatively credit them for the model, since they'll never answer one asking for perms, however if its made by a small company and/or user, there's a few ways to go about. Sketchfab artirts sometimes release models with free-usage, only requiring you to credit them, you still should ask for permissions tho or the mod can be taken down
