Alright... So, pretty much, the downforce and all has already been perfected in this mod. So what next (besides the model's quality, which is quite obvious)? Will the next "big" update focus on crash physics? That seems to be the only "big" problem left in this mod, aside from the weight. But, considering the fact that the JBeam focuses mainly on the strength of the frame due to all the downforce, how plausable will detatching parts be?
Hi guys . I'd like to say it's great mod (I've been using it since it's been released ) but I've got a strange glitch - some of the skins are completely white and there's no texture/ pattern on them . These are for example setup skins / default racing / blitz formula and a few more . I think that no one here has this issue so I'm asking .
Yes. --- Post updated --- Well try asking the devoloper or someone like Goosah. --- Post updated --- Drop the rar folder into the vechicle folder.
Quite a fun car to push to its limits, didn't expect it to play so nice with a controller. I tested it around the High Speed Highway route on East Coast, and used the replay app and DaVinci Resolve/Avidemux to put clips together to create a cinematic broadcast-style replay. Some quick notes, I was managing to just barely hit 6 g's in the highest speed corners and had to take very specific lines through certain areas to avoid destroying the aerodynamic pieces. The second bridge was the only point where I had to slow down on a straight to avoid damage. Also had the rear wing snap on one side driving down one of the straights, though didn't seem to impact performance too much.
The unperfected crashing is not the only problem and is not the biggest problem either. The car has bad vibration problems. Doing an donut results in the suspension vibrating like crazy, and because of that ffb devices like gaming wheels give out huge vibrations. I'd say it's quite an big issue with the mod for people that use wheels or just wanna do an donut without the suspension going crazy. Sometimes in certain situations the violent wobbling brakes the rear wing. No, stop. I've told you before that mods don't go there! @-FreAkY- mods go in the mods folder in beamng documents. Look here if you're still not sure: http://wiki.beamng.com/Installing_Content
Huh. I'm actually using a ffb wheel right now. I think I understand what you mean. From my observation, the vibration is most likely caused by the wheels vibrating forwards and backwards, due to the springy nature of JBeam. The parts of the car are basically held still by invisible suspension cables. Well, with that problem in mind, what will be your way of combating this issue? I guess this includes the wings/spoilers as well.

I forgot to write this in update, but this isn't a bug. I made this purposely. Green and blue light when you stop the car and red leds light when parking brake is on.
@Raider something on your mind for next update?(Please don't kill me didn't updated yet and my internet does not go further than 200 kb/s, Fuck you CANTV)
Problems noticed so far: 1. Car shakes a lot in mid-speed corners; 2. Wing sometimes break in high-speed corners --- Post updated --- The wing literally came off this time
This is your first car!???? Damn, do you have any other cars that you would eventually like to put in game? (sorry if someone has already asked this)
