Nah op owns the mod until it's claimed by fiat Chrysler, and either way they'd still only have the rights to the brand, so nothing else, not the textures, models, jbeams...

If that was the case then tell me why there is millions of FREE real car mods EVERYWHERE from all countries and brands and how, unsurprisingly, none of them sent a dmca apart from Ferrari.
